KS1 Phonics Tracker Booklet

This KS1 Phonics Tracker Booklet is designed to support the teaching, assessment and monitoring of phonics progression across Key Stage 1. It provides a clear and structured way for teachers to track pupils’ knowledge of phonemes, graphemes and word reading skills as they progress through the phonics phases.
