Updated to include data for 2025 papers and any previous errors fixed
Data tracker for practice KS2 SATs tests completed throughout the year. Collect data for 2017-2025 KS2 SATs papers. Simply input the test scores for your class/year group. Scaled scores are automatically converted, and a range of data calculated, including %ARE and GD. The overview tab gives you a summary for each paper, so progress can easily be viewed throughout the year.
Am I doing something wrong - for reading I have all years tests but for maths and SPAG only 2024 2025 ?

I have checked the file and all years are there for every subject. The first few columns are frozen so that you can navigate across whilst still being able to view pupils. It may be that you need to click into one of the 2024/2025 columns and then scroll all of the way to the left. Hopefully this resolves your issue!

Hi - can anyone help...why, when I entered 30 children's results for the 2017 reading test and the combined/ARE & GD no is 15, is the percentage combined/ARE & GD 45.5 not 50%?

Sorry about that and thank you for letting me know! All errors have now been resolved and I have done lots of testing to make sure it should be working as it should. I have updated the file on this resource, and hopefully you should be able to download the updated file, but please let me know if you are having any further issues.
