A lesson for KS3 introducing them to Imagism. Studies the poem 'In A Station of the Metro' and explores how metaphor has been used to highlight the imagery of the poem.

Students are then provided with a stimuli to write their own imagist poems.

Taught many times - this has always been a winner with Y7 and Y8!
