Lesson covers: a revision of the future tense (voy a ir, voy a comer etc.). This is ideal as a cover lesson because it is easy for non-specialists to use. Everything is on the ppt, no handouts are necessary. This lesson could also be adapted for use by a specialist.

Task 1: A reading based on a Spanish boy's plans for the summer. Questions are provided as well as key words and challenges.
Task 2: Translations, again differentiated. Key words and challenges included. Answers on provided on the next slide so students can self / peer assess.
Task 3: Students design a poster illustrating what they are going to do for the summer with sentences using the future tense - again differentiated.
