Practical: which is the best catalyst or enzyme for decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. Remove bung of gas syringe if produces lots of gas and syringe is fully extended to minimise the risk of explosion.

Conical flask, dilute Hydrogen peroxide, gas syringe, clamp stand.
Catalyst: diced potato, manganese dioxide (manganese (VI) oxide) copper oxide, iron oxide and diced celery.
