A resourceful student leader:
• Helps solve problems
• Supports younger students
• Finds ways to improve things
• Speaks respectfully
• Uses initiative
They don’t say:
“I can’t.”
They say:
“I’ll find a way.”
Leadership Without a Badge
You don’t need a title to lead.
You show leadership when you:
*Help someone who is stuck
*Model good behaviour
*Encourage others
*Pick someone up who is having a bad day
*Do the right thing when no one is watching

Everyone can be a leader.
