This sheet can be used to set up a 6-8 lessons of Leadership in younger years or anyone that wants to lead a warm up.
The lesson has 7 warm up ideas that can be pulled from a hat by the students and 7 questions that link to why and how we warm up which students can also pick from a hat and answer. Students then have time, in groups of 4, to plan a thorough warm -up for a different sport each. The following lesson can be a trial lesson for groups to decide on their equipment and a trial run through with a small group. Then the remaining lessons students can lead their warm -up for the first part of the lesson and the teacher can lead the second part of the lesson on that sport.
