This is a ready-to-teach lesson on composite materials for GCSE Design and Technology (AQA 8552). It’s designed for Year 10 but works equally well for Year 11 revision. How to use it: Teach the material sheets first, then use the product analysis slides to model how to link material properties to function, user needs and evaluation.
