- The Rule of De: Mastering how indefinite and partitive articles (un, une, des, du, de la) change into de or d’ in a negative statement, while definite articles remain unchanged.
- The Être Rule : Highlighting the important exception where articles remain unchanged if the main verb of the sentence is être.
- Vowel Elision: Learning to contract* ne* into n’ before a vowel or silent h.
