Letter/Sound and VC Words Phonics Activity

FUN, hands-on activity for revising the alphabet/letter sounds and VC words. Children search for upper and lower case letters of the alphabet and vowel-consonant words with this book worm-themed activity! Included are 8 differentiated charts and ‘show me’ windows!

This activity can be used for a whole-class introduction, as a guided group activity or in your reading area. Just print and laminate the charts. To make the Show Me windows, laminate and cut around the frame, cut out the square/rectangular box in the middle and then place over a chart to search for letters or words! Alternatively, you could use the black and white versions of the charts as ‘letter and wordsearch’ printables.
