Recognise the equivalence between the decimal and fraction forms of halves, quarters, tenths and hundredths. Begin to understand percentage as the number of parts in every 100. Know how to find one half and one quarter of amounts. Use ratio to describe the relationship between two quantities, e.g. there are twice as many boys as girls and to solve simple problems, e.g. to adapt a recipe for 6 people to 3 people or 12.
