A fully resourced lesson focusing on understanding Mexico's place in the world: great as an introduction lesson. Children start the lesson by sorting true and false cards out about Mexico as a country. Children then use maps and atlases to identify Mexico's position in the world, using their Geography skills to identify continents and the equator. Towards the end of the lesson, the children focus on comparing data regarding Mexican temperature and rainfall, creating a graph to show their findings.
