MFL and Raising Achievement

I have been teaching MFL since 1992 and in that time I have been Head of German, Head of MFL, AST, Lead Practitioner and SLE for MFL, Assistant Head, Head of Sixth Form, and Head of KS4.
Throughout this my passion has remained classroom teaching.
This power point is intended for new or existing Heads of MFL and describes some of the key features which I think made a real difference during my time as Head of Languages in a very large, mixed, Essex Comprehensive School.
