I have created a 24 page Mindfulness Booklet, which gives information on the following: What mindfulness is; ideas of mindfulness techniques; exam stress questions answered. It can be printed on any format and works well for secondary age groups.

This is not a workbook, but a guide to mindfulness and can work well with my cards resource.

Would work well as whole school, or for a tutor group.
