This is a complete unit of work covering the miracles unit of A-Level Religious Studies AQA. It may also be useful for other exam boards.

The resource includes a complete lesson powerpoint covering the whole unit, a student booklet which works alongside the powerpoint to encourage independent learning and two example answers (one 10-mark and one 15-mark). The resources are easy to follow and complete with answers and explanations, for both teachers and students.

This covers the all the following specification points:
• Differing understandings of ‘miracle’
• realist and anti-realist views
• violation of natural law or natural event.
• Comparison of the key ideas of David Hume and Maurice Wiles on miracles.
• The significance of these views for religion.
It also includes the ideas of Tillich.

Everything is complete and ready to teach.

Great resources. I was struggling to come up with tasks, so this has been amazing. Thank you! I hope you consider sharing the other philosophy topics.
