Help young people explain their strengths, learning preferences and support needs. My Support Map 11+ is an interactive pupil-voice and SEND planning tool.
What is included
Ten interactive mind maps: My Strengths & Interests; How I Communicate Best; How I Learn & Focus; My Sensory Preferences; Things That Can Become Difficult; My Early Warning Signs; What Helps Me Regulate & Recover; What I Need From Other People; My Trusted People & Places; My Goal & Next Step.
Each map has nine core prompts and optional extra ideas. Search or browse the maps, choose One Question at a Time, adjust text size or use Calm View. Build My Support Snapshot brings selected information into one page; the young person can edit the wording and choose what to include.
The ZIP includes the full downloaded HTML resource, Start Here PDF and Read Me instructions.
How to use it
Choose one relevant map for mentoring, pastoral support, transition, home education or an individual support-planning conversation. Young people can skip questions, use one map or several and return later. The maps can complement SEND or EHCP conversations while keeping the learner’s own voice central.
Saving, printing and privacy
Save to Continue Later creates an editable project file, reopened from inside the HTML resource. Print / Save PDF makes a finished mind map or Support Snapshot. It works offline and does not send answers to InclusiveEd. Store and share personal information securely under your setting’s safeguarding and data-protection procedures.
Audience and format
Designed for ages 11+. Extract the ZIP and open the HTML in a modern browser on a computer. This is a reflection, communication and support-planning resource, not a diagnosis, therapy or a complete EHCP assessment. Learners can skip anything and choose whether to share their answers.
Digital download; no physical product. Supplied under the TES paid resource licence.
Start here: Before extracting the ZIP, read the separately downloadable 00-START-HERE-InclusiveEd-Interactive-Tools.pdf for opening, saving, printing and classroom licensing guidance. Its licence notice supersedes conflicting personal-only wording in older packs for TES/TPT purchases.
