Natural Law notes - OCR Religious Studies

This is a 28 page revision guide containing very detailed notes on Natural Law for the OCR (2016) specification. It contains A01 + A02 knowledge (key scholars for and against, strengths and weaknesses, relevant case studies, a quote bank). A01 content includes Aquinas’ four forms of law, eudaimonia, primary and secondary precepts, telos, remote principles, synderesis rule, interior and exterior acts, real and apparent goods, virtues, doctrine of double effect and natural law’s compatibility with religion.
