•Assess the benefits of democracy.
•Prepare a manifesto for this authoritarian state.

Some learners should be able to:
•Evaluate two articles to inform an education timeline.

Some learners could be able to:
•Examine reasons why the government of authoritarian state might place such restrictions on their people.
