Made for the New GCSE AQA Chemistry Spec to be sat Summer 2018.

Requires a demo of the elctrolysis of Copper Sulphate to show extraction by electrolysis (briefly as shows up elsewhere in topic).

Also uses the extraction of Copper from Copper Oxide with Carbon as in the RSC document (http://www.rsc.org/learn-chemistry/resource/res00000417/extracting-metals-with-charcoal?cmpid=CMP00005112).

I would recommend doing the lead one, as it's easier to get a good amount of lead beads than Copper, but take into consideration the class practical ability beforehand.

Make sure students set up the Copper extraction swiftly and then progress onto the levelled criteria WHILST it occurs, else you will run out of time.
