KS2 History - Martin Luther King Jr. News Article Planning Grid
This is a handy grid to help pupils plan out their own news report. Each section has prompts to guide them, as well as tips on language, tone and content. Pupils can use this grid to plan their newspaper article, or alternatively they could use it to form their own scripted news report, which could then be performed to the rest of the class. A completed version of the grid, about Rosa Parks, is included for assistance.
