Here is a visual display for children to see the noise level that is expected at any given time.
This is primarily used with my more verbal students, who like to talk to me or to their peers. This also aids for high expectations in your class.
I typically lead this as a whole group at the beginning of my lesson & change it as I go, depending on the type of input I want from the children.
