This is a fictional case study with a real NPQH submission. It has been stripped into a useful exemplar which is a solid PASS and with real feedback informing how it can be improved into a high pass. This submission scored 2/3 in four of the five strands and the other one scored 3/3.
This fits the NPQH Case Study Final Summative Assessment format and, whilst the case study itself is created by us, to fit the submission, the submission itself and its scores were produced and achieved by a real UK school leader in late 2025.
