This is the piece of coursework I submitted for my NPQSL combined final task - leading an improvement priority across the school- in 2016. It is exactly 22 pages long, as instructed. I found that there was little visual guidance on how to compose and organise the NPQSL coursework so I thought it would be a useful piece of work to share with others and a secure starting point for your composing your own coursework. It took me an very long time to organise and write this assignment, and a lot of that time was just trying to figure out how to actually structure it and include all the evidence!! Hopefully I've saved you some time...

Both the completed task proforma sheet and evidence (14 pages) are included.

I passed all competencies 'at the required level' and it was called 'a clear and comprehensive submission' and I received my NPQSL certificate in August 2016. Development needs from this task were - consider further use of feedback from others to develop strong self-awareness; consider the professional development benefits of further distributed leadership in addition to its promotion of accountability.
