Here is my successful NPQSL project along with the feedback showing that I performed at the required level in all areas. I wish there was something like this out there for me when I came to getting the paperwork together, ready for submission.

The project involved having an overview and leadership of Maths across the school, and working to raise standards in Maths based on pupil needs, using action planning and implementation. The project involved leading on an area of the School Development Plan – Securing the Basics. The two key priorities for improvement in Maths across school were: raising the quality of teaching and learning by all staff involved in teaching Maths and ensuring consistency and accuracy of assessments within Maths across the school in light of the 2014 National Curriculum.

I received very positive feedback on my project, which included:
‘Your priorities for improvement were clearly linked to your vision for the project. You used data, monitoring of teaching and learning and assessment to raise the quality of teaching and learning in maths. It is evident that you regularly reviewed progress and reflected on actions taken.
Personal drive was a strong area for you as you challenged yourself personally and professionally and demonstrated strong commitment to pupil outcomes in maths. You have high expectations and constantly challenge your own performance. It is evident that you respond to new initiatives and understand the key development points in maths.
You are keen to introduce new approaches to teaching and learning in school and strong personal drive and commitment have resulted in improved outcomes for pupils.'

I hope you find it useful - good luck in submitting your paperwork!

this project ran 2014 to 2015 some good information but I thought this was achieved in 2016 and the course has changed slightly this year.
