Make learning fun and help learners take on lots of questions with these games.
Great for KS1 learners and KS2 revision for fluidity and speed.
Learners work in pairs to see who can connect 4 boxes first. Each player picks a coloured pencil, take it in turns to answer the questions and shade your box. You can connect them vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Once 4 have been connected, both players need to select new coloured pencils and play again. Keep going until there is no space left to play.
These questions are set out in a variety of ways to build fluidity and a greater depth of knowledge in how equations can be structured. For example:
- 4+_=10
- 10=4+_
- 10=_+4
- _+4=10
- 10-4=_
- _=10-4
This pack includes to following games:
- Number Bonds to 4
- Number Bonds to 5
- Number Bonds to 6
- Number Bonds to 7
- Number Bonds to 8
- Number Bonds to 9
- Number Bonds to 10
- Number Bonds within 5
- Number Bonds within 10
Learners can either write their answers in the box for each turn so that they can be checked at the end.
