Exercise Physiology - Diet & Ergogenic Aids.
I have designed an Independent Learning Task for each of the OCR A Level PE modules. This not only covers the key content but also has assessment included. This is for the most recent syllabus, and have all been updated in Feb 2023. Each ILT covers all of the syllabus content, has tasks that can be completed within the classroom environment or as a homework extensions to classwork. This are also an excellent work booklet to utilise for virtual learning. Each ILT has current past paper question sections with mark schemes provided.
