Out of Class PASSES

Students need to leave the classroom for many reasons. Our duty as teachers is to ensure they are leaving for the right reasons, with out permission and that we know where they are going.

These out of class passes are for use in any class/subject. All you need to do is write the student’s name, the date and the time they left the classroom on the back of the pass. Students carry their pass with them while on their outing and discard them as they re-enter the classroom.

Passes include:

• Bathroom pass
• Sick bay pass
• Office run
• First aid needed
• Note monitor
• Teacher needs assistance
