A song about the seasons . Each verse a different season. The video has words and prompts for percussion instruments. If you haven't got a bird warbler, children love a small keyboard (some have pre-programmed chirps) or, you could use a cuckoo sound (G and a lower E.) It’s a useful song for all seasons of the year.

A self running PowerPoint with embedded sound files designed to help children make a connection with music then and music now. I have had it running as children enter assembly. Those doing Ancient Egyptians loved it .There is a small booklet to record their knowledge. The music will play when in slide mode You can also use it as part of your Egyptian topic. Pleas give me feed back as it took hours to make !
I used this as part of our topic on castles. It leads onto questions and research such as
Who lived in castles?
The children sang it as part of a game. It’s quite challenging to chant with the backing track. Get children to count how many beats there are in between each verse.

The wonderful story of the dog and the dolphin who became friends. I have put the web address to the original video but I have included my adapted version in the downloads as the scene when the shark appears is a little frightening for younger viewers I have a also written the soundtrack,. Whatever age, this video captures children’s hearts. It can be used during Assembly or when the children walk in.
