Past tense verb endings practice - sport themed - worksheets/presentation

Worksheets presented on a ppt with 5 pages, each showing a different rule for the past tense. Children use the given sport themed verbs to make up their own sentences in the past tense, using the picture prompts to help them. Although designed to be used as worksheets it could be shown to the whole class to explain what to do and as an oral exercise. It can be photocopied as individual worksheets or printed and laminated for use with small groups or for working independently. It is all completely editable. The aim is to help children to get familiar with different past tense verb endings by making up their own sentences, therefore using them more in their own work.
