pastoral tutor check in reflection task

I use this resource with my tutor group after the summer, christmas and easter break as I am directed to check in with all pupils but do not have the time and it’s logistically impossible. Pupils complete this sheet in silence and do not share answers. The sheet offers prompts and example answers to support. This can be displayed on the whiteboard as it is in powerpoint format with an accessible pastel background to support pupils with SpLD. This activity allows me to then pick up the pupils of concern in a discrete way throughout the week. Any serious concerns can then also be passed on higher.
