PE Passport Hockey

This PE Passport allows teachers and students to continulely update and assess skills completed. Base lessons around the passport so students can see why they are performing certain exercises and what skills they are learning within Hockey.

Assessment can be continuous and monitored by teacher. Students to give passports to teachers at the end of lessons to reduce risk of losing/damaging and having to start again. Can be shown in end of term meetings and parent consultations.

Back of the passport can be modified to have in-depth questions, pictures of techniques or used for peer assessment. To make passport just fold in half, width ways. then again to make a booklet.
