A complete 40-week Philosophy Assembly Programme for Key Stage 2, designed to help pupils think deeply about big ideas, values and ethical questions.

Each assembly introduces a thought-provoking philosophical question, a short scenario, and a structured Turn & Talk discussion to encourage pupils to share ideas, listen respectfully and develop reasoning skills.

This resource is ideal for schools looking to strengthen SMSC, British Values, critical thinking and pupil voice through engaging weekly assemblies.

The questions are carefully organised into three themed term packs, making it easy to deliver a full year of assemblies.

Autumn Term – Identity, Friendship, Fairness, Truth
Spring Term – Responsibility, Courage, Kindness, Leadership
Summer Term – Future, Technology, Meaning, Legacy

These assemblies are inspired by Philosophy for Children (P4C) approaches and are suitable for Years 3–6, particularly Y5/6.

• Perfect for 10–15 minute interactive assemblies
