This document includes 15 possible interview questions based on phonics and early reading skills. Each question has a model answer that can easily be adapted for your own situation. Some of the model answers are written in a style for ECT teachers to answer, based on their placement experience. Other model answers can be used for those moving key stages, looking for jobs as Phonics or English Subject leaders or for those in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
