Activity to be used as a plenary or for revision, getting the students to practise drawing of apparatus/constructing chemical equations in order to represent key words/phrases relating to A-Level Chemistry content.

Designated 'rules' are as follows:
Working in pairs, both students turn their stools around so they can’t see the board.
One person in the pair will turn around to find the clue they need to draw on the board.
They then draw a picture/equation to describe the word/phrase on the board – NO WRITING WORDS! (Chemical formulae is accepted…)
First non-looker of each pair to say the word/phrase wins a point for their pair!

Ideally could be used with a 'clicker' and have yourself stood at the back to watch for any cheating...
