This is my Plenary Place mat.
The questions are suitable for most subjects and are not aimed at one in particular.
I have developed it over several years - it has a series of different coloured questions, which gets students reflecting on the lesson, their learning and progress.
I print them off and have them on the tables laminated - enough so that all students can see one.
I then ask random students to pick a colour, read the question out loud and give their response.
I have used it during 2 OFSTED lessons and both times, it was commented on as a strength of the lesson.
