This is a complete presentation about Pointillism Painting, from Seurat Forward. Seurat was gifted with an unusual perspective ability for doing this art form. He could see in his mind’s eye how the painting would look both from up close and standing back. This was important for this art style as it looks radically different going from one of those positions to the other. Seurat also liked doing the process of putting down all of those dots. Pissarro, by contrast, who also excelled at the style, was ready to die from the tedium of it, much as he liked the results. It is one of the most labor intense painting styles. Only the Photorealism technique exceeds it for laboriousness and tedium. But, oh, the results. There is no quarreling with the results.
