HOW IT WORKS

Add pupils to the Student Coverage List, then record each positive phone call, email, message, meeting or letter in the Positive Contact Log. The workbook automatically updates each pupil’s contact total and coverage status.

The Dashboard displays:

• Positive contacts recorded during the selected week
• Weekly contact target
• Target status
• Number of pupils listed
• Pupils contacted
• Pupils not yet contacted
• Whole-class coverage percentage

The included example rows can be deleted before use. Dropdown menus and target settings can be edited to suit your school or class.

Suitable for classroom teachers, form tutors and pastoral staff.

Compatible with Microsoft Excel 2007 and later. No macros required.
