This is my sixth double lesson for Key Topic 1: Origins of the Cold War
This examines the Developments in Germany and in the four zones leading up to the airlift.
Includes a range of tasks including short videos with notes (youtube links in powerpoint), reading and questions and paired work on the developments in the four zones of Germany. For retrieval mini whiteboard activity- answers are in the notes section.
Aims to develop an understanding of the complexities of allied occupation and four power control of Germany following liberation. Can be taught using the textbooks (Oxford Core Textbook pages 26-30) but this is not needed as I have included a hand out with all key info on for students.
This is for a double/ 2 hour lesson plus homework although could easily be divided into 2 one hour lessons.
