Tip: Use it virtually or in-person with your client’s caregiver by having the client read the questionnaire while they tell you which of the 4 numbers their child fits in. This can be completed after you perform your other assessments on your client. Our SLP uses this method and she appreciates how concise and easy it is to administer. She especially likes that the test provides a score and matrix that she can put in her evaluation or re-evaluation.
