Pupil Premium Tracker

This excel spreadsheet will revolutionise the way you track the interventions your Pupil Premium cohort. It will help you manage the variety of interventions already in place as well as assess how successful they are using a variety of methods of assessment (other than assessment data). It will also aid you in identifying students who are not yet in receipt of interventions or support and who may need it.

I have included all the areas I use within my school - this is ever adapting and changing as needs of students change so please feel free to adapt this to suit the needs of your school. This covers baseline data, aspects of their lives that connect to other parts of the school, academic interventions, holistic interventions as well as tracking and monitoring other aspects of their school life.
I am from a secondary school but this is relevant for all types of schools and totally adaptable and customisable.

This spreadsheet will enable you to have oversight of all the different students, their unique needs and give you insight into the types of support may be needed for individuals, as well as help to identify emerging patters and trends.
