I got this idea from DaveGale (thanks by the way!) and the QR Code links to a video of Homer Simpson on YouTube. I used the website www.qrstuff.com to generate the original code then deleted some bits so that the kids needed to answer the questions correctly etc. It gives them a real reason to have their phone out too!

Really getting into QR reader puzzles - another great resource!
A superb resource which really spices up what can be a very boring topic - categorising quadrilaterals. I'd certainly be engaged if my teacher me this when I was in school!
