designed for use in a social skills setting where the focus is on managing anger in different situations. The idea is that they choose a situation either as a group or individually that would ordinarily make them angry. They then need to think about 3 different ways to react to this (and these can be both positive and negative) before considering the consequences of each one. They are then asked to choose which reaction they think is the best one and explain to the rest of the group why they chose that one.
