Three worksheets on rearranging formulas and literal equations.
Some of the equations in the exercises involve fractions, brackets, square or cube roots or the variable to solve for on both sides.
The students have to multiply or divide both sides of the given equation by a number or variable, move terms from the one side of the equation to the other, multiply out a bracket that contains the variable to become the subject, and take the square or cube root of both sides of the equation.
Detailed solutions to all worksheets are included.
