The Sequences treasure hunt pack contains two question trails for fun active learning in the classroom.
Each pack contains 16 maths questions on sequences. Simply answer one question to get a number. That number will direct you to the next question and so on. Each question trail is circular so it doesn’t matter where you start, you will still work through all 16 questions.
Great fun as a maths lesson starter, algebra revision or a teamwork activity.
The pack contains two levels of difficulty:
Trail A features linear (arithmetic) sequences, geometric sequences and recognisable sequences such as Fibonacci, square numbers etc. where students need to find the missing terms.
Trail B features formulae for the nth term of a sequence where students need to complete the formulae, find missing terms and more.
