Celebrity culture bundle – French GCSE

A complete 4-worksheet pack on the new French GCSE topic Celebrity culture, using up-to-date vocabulary and contemporary examples (resources created in October 2025).
Each worksheet focuses on a different aspect of celebrity life, helping students build topic-specific vocabulary and practise reading, translation and writing in context.

Celebrities in France (2 pages):
a vocab search in short texts, a recap of vocabulary for hair, eyes and height, a reading gap-fill and a writing task with two pictures to describe

Role models (2 pages):
a vocab search in short texts, a true-or-false activity and two reading-comprehension tasks

Reality TV (4 pages):
a wordsearch and vocab search, a gap-fill reading comprehension, multiple-choice questions, a short optional read-aloud, a who says what task, two short translations, a picture-based writing task and a final written question on reality TV (also suitable for speaking practice)

Influencers (4 pages):
a wordsearch and vocab search, a who did what reading task, a short writing task, a reading text about the advantages and downsides of being an influencer, an English-to-French translation with a range of tenses, comprehension questions in English, a picture-based writing task and a short paragraph on students’ favourite influencer

Students also read and translate short texts about French celebrities and famous people, exploring opinions, achievements and media portrayal.
All worksheets include answers and are available in PDF and editable PPTX, both in colour and black-and-white versions.
