This essential Restorative Conversation Board provides the visual structure and visual aids to support guide pupils through effective restorative conversations.

What can we do next time? - I included a large and small version of the headings (in the folder I used the large ones but shrunk on the photocopier slightly to fit the board well!) but included a smaller option too.

Key note - in my video I use the main four questions but have also included two extras I could put at the end of the folder - Who was involed? and Where did it happen? for extra information.

How I use it:
I found this resource works best when laminated and attached with velcro inside a small ringbinder folder. I use different colour-coordinated paper for each question to make the steps even clearer for my students! This makes the board portable and durable for use with different children.
