Rounders Upper KS2

A 6-lesson Rounders scheme of work complete with Learning Objectives and Outcomes, differentiation and extension options, and teaching points for each part of the lesson. Aimed to be taught with upper Key Stage 2, but can be adapted for younger year groups.

Topics covered include: fielding, bowling, batting, tactics, teamwork and officiating.

Pupils have the opportunity to develop key physical skills in Rounders but will also improve their social and cognitive skills through decision making, problem solving and communication in collaborative and competitive activities.
