Sea Creatures Colouring Cards is a versatile EYFS sea animals resource containing 10 printable pages, with 2 sea creatures on each page – 20 sea creatures altogether. Examples are octopus, eel, walrus, lobster, seal, turtle and squid.
Children can trace the animal names, supporting early handwriting, pencil control, letter formation and fine motor skills - before colouring the pictures using crayons or pencils. Enlarge the pictures and paint works well too.
The pages can be used individually as colouring sheets, combined to create a simple sea creature colouring book, cut out and laminated as writing corner cards, or displayed together to create a classroom wall display celebrating children’s work. Duplicate the cards for matching games.
