Ever struggled knowing how to evidence progress for SEMH learners?

This tool will solve that problem!

Assess students termly on four main SEMH areas:

• Emotional Aspects
• Social Awareness and Relationships
• Indepedence and Resilience
• Behaviour for Learning

The assessment gives a diagnostic developmental profile which over time it gives a clear measurement of pupil development skills in each area.

The profile for each student will indicate areas of relative strengths as well as areas for further development.

The profile will therefore be used to inform EHCP targets and track SEMH progress.

Step 1: Complete baseline/Term 1 of the SEMH Diagnostic Profile
Step 2: Identify 3 targets from profile to inform interventions
Step 3: Complete Term 2 of the diagnostic profile
Step 4: Review term 1 targets & impact of interventions and update accordingly
Step 5: Complete Term 3 of the diagnostic profile
Step 6: Review term 2 targets & impact of interventions and update accordingly
