Sensory Evaluation lesson used for a new GCSE group to demonstrate the different types of sensory evaluation tests which they can go on to use in practicals, NEA 1 and 2.
Students learn about the different senses, sensory words, how the olfactory system and the tongue map. They then go on to test a number of different products, you can do as may tests or as little as you want.
